Yesterday I received 2 calls from Mr Gonzales. I did not answer either. He left the following voicemail both times.. “ Hello this message is intended for MY NAME if this is you please press one now or hold your message my name is Mr. Gonzalez and I am calling on behalf of ECM we have an important matter to discuss with you about one of your accounts again either press one now or please call us at your earliest convenience at 325-244-7821”. He followed up with a text informing me that they’ve attempted to contact me and now my account is at risk.

Today he called and left another message. Followed up with a text stating that this is a formal notice regarding my debt and that further action might be taken if payment isn’t received promptly.

He used 4 different phone numbers in 2 days when contacting me…

He texts from (206) 804-2676 and requests I call back at number (945) 293-6710. He calls from (628) 232-2814 and in the voicemail requests that I call back the number (325) 244-7821.

I’ve searched all of these numbers and for the company and can’t find anything.

Received this text message on 04/17/24 "Dear, myname, this is a formal notice regarding your outstanding debt. Despite previous attempts to resolve this matter, it remains unsolved. Further action may be pursued if payment is not received promptly. Please contact us to discuss payment options at 945-293-6710." I did not reply or call. Today, 04/19/24, I received this text "myname We made several attempts to contact you in regard to your overdue balance. Your account is now at risk call 945-293-6710 to resolve."

These people call from multiple different numbers. They will not give their business information. Claim they are filing a lawsuit and are going to freeze your accounts. Do not fall for this. They cannot legally do any if this.

The Company said it’s a collection agency called ENC, a Mr Gonzales . They will close my account, but leave no information and text my family. They text call several times a day. I’ve looked up the number can’t find any information on them.
