I was referred to this lady for a hair service. She told me that I had to pay the cost upfront and she would send me a confirmation email with the date, time, address, and quote. I received none of that after making the payment. The day before the appt. The lady that referred me and I both tried contacting her, both thru phone and text multiple times, with no response. When I went to request payment back thru venmo, her username has completely disappeared like it was either deleted or fake. I have already reported the account and the scam to venmo and paypal.

Her venmo ID was steph3sd

When it says who I paid it says dulcebysonia

The name at the top of the venmo account says Stephanie Ramos.
