A fake process server called my mom and she called them back. They used my maiden name which I have not had in over 20 years about a county matter from a county not local to me saying they had papers to serve they wanted to validate my information. My mom hung up but it scared her. For my job I have extensive background and credit checks every 6 months there is no way this was real. It is however embarrassing because they are calling family and my poor 80 year old mother who did not know better and called them. Beware..

caller named Debbie (with heavy accent) left message to "follow up on a complaint that was received in the office." The caller gave a reference number and said that a document server would be sending documents out that required a signature

The scammer called my employer and gave a case number and left a message with the office manager for me to call Miss Aogust Davis with US Document Services at 888-311-0026.

Message left on cell phone.

This is Debbie calling from US document services. There has been a complaint issued on "my name" Documents will go out and you need to sign, if you don't they will go to your verified address of employment. Call the issuing company at 888-311-0026.

They had sent me a voice message 18882078566 Deposited a new message:

"This is Michelle calling to follow up with a complaint received in our office for (my mothers name). The reference case number is ***** documents regarding your file are being prepared to be sent out. You will need to be available to sign for the delivery. The issuing agent will dispatch confirmation. If they are unable to reach you at home, they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop or further actions from being taken, you will need to contact the issuing agent immediately at 8883110026. This call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you."
