Just scammer sent me an email saying that I was approved for a loan from a company that I have recently applied to I called the phone number that was on there after submitting some information say what talk me through the whole process and got my bank information got my Social Security birthday my all my personal information and then tried to solicit me for $188 they were in they were aggressive at collecting $188 specifying that because we're first they said they were in California then they said they were in a different country and there was a text that had to be paid before you could collect the loan but I was receiving a loan of $8,000 because they don't work with chime bank they needed to send it to cash app or Apple pay

Said I had a Financial legal matter and that they sent documents 8 weeks ago, never received. I asked if they can send another copy of the documents and she stated that it had to be settled by tomorrow 03/07/2024 and I would have to be at the hearing in court or settle it today with a signature email they sent me as a dropbox. I asked what it pertained to and she claimed it was for a Capital One credit card, which I have never owned. She stated that I had taken it out in 2010 and had been making payments until 2018.

This guy keeps calling me and threatening me with court and I am tired of it. It is a bank collection debt from 14 years ago. Tell the guy to get a ******* break

Joseph Lee ([email protected]) has sent several emails containing fake offer letters and job-related application materials. The sender is an imposter who claims to represent Cisco Merkari and has even appropriated the identity of an actual company employee, Everett Owyoung. They have requested personal information from me, including my home address, phone number, full name, and bank details (routing number, account number). Unfortunately, I had already signed the fake offer letter with the sender's name listed as "Acorns Grow Incorporated" ([email protected] & [email protected]). I am deeply concerned and hope that no harm comes from this fraudulent activity.
