I ordered a board game from the website and chose the option to pay using PayPal, but when I confirmed the payment I noticed it went to an individual's account. I never received an email confirmation from the website, let alone a product. Neither the boardgameus website nor the Payee responds to my inquiries. The website must be a fake retailer. PayPal won't refund my money because the transaction was not unauthorized.
