Their mail notifications are a solicitation to purchase a vehicle extended warranty, but they are worded to make it seem like a payment or response was delayed, confusing my (senior citizen) to think she missed a payment. They impose ‘deadlines’ and make imposing statements about her liability if her car needs repairs. It’s intentionally misleading and fraudulent.

I threw the first letter out, afterwards, about a month later, I received two more letters in the same day. The letter is intended to scare me to buy extra protection by giving me respond by dates as well as personal information. After receiving the second and third emails in the same day, the first representative said they were authorized by my dealer and then I asked to speak to a supervisor, got a hold of a man named ***, and he said there was no affiliation. This is a blatant attempt to scare Americans in a time where buying a new vehicle is already so scary, as well as taking advantage of those who are misled to believe the fals claims that the vehicle warranty is insufficient.
