I received a check in the mail for $5,900.50 addressed to me. The name on the check was Companion CHC Claims drawn on Wells Fargo Bank N.A. It also came with a letter with the Publishers Clearing House Logo as a letterhead. Within the letter it stated that Publishers Clearing House is please to officially announce me as a second place winner in the 100 Million Dollars Super Cash Giveaway Promotion. The letter included a security code, 2 telephone numbers signed by a Richie Jenkins, Chief Financial Officer. It also had a picture of a "SAMPLE" check drawn on CHASE Bank and pictures of other well established companies logos for example Walmart, JCPenney, AG Insurance, Reader's Digest and Mega Millions. I called the telephone number and the man who answered had an an accent told me to go F--- myself. I did not deposit the check.
