CrowdSourced Recruiting Reports & Reviews (16)

Not a trustworthy company, other than this site, they have a poorly made site with fictitious testimonials by people who don't exist. I searched both Nevada's and California's Secretary of State websites and there is no company registered with their name. "Peter Manfredi", the alleged owner, CEO and trainer is con man. After the 2nd group interview on a teleconference line my Spidey senses told me to investigate the company and being unable to find anything I sent an email to the HR department. They kept dodging my request for online information or shareable documents to validate the company. Long and the short of it after a few emails of trying to dodge my requests and make Peter Manfredi into a real human, they offered to refund my $199.

You have a better chance of success buying $199 worth of lottery tickets or magazines for The Publishers Clearance House...or just send it me I'll buy the lottery tickets.

*...other than this site they are only able to be found on their poorly made website...

So i took a call and got a call from Peter Manfredi... sounded good... What a scam and this sight needs to be shut down! the site is [email protected]
Can you please help to shut this down... thank you

I got contacted by a national search partners inc company. The supposed owner peter manfredi spent two days explaining how recruiting works but when you research site it is b/s . The guy does not even exist. Search number even called it .. just a voip.. total crap. Trying to charge $199 to get “training” . When it sounds too good to be true it is!Dont do it. Do not waste your money.

Hi, I got contacted by National search Inc. too! They ask to pay for an online recruiter training from CEO David Cuzzo. Is this the same scam? It sounds eerily similar.

+3

Scam. They get you on the phone and talks for 30 and 45 mins. A group of people that barely get a chance to ask questions they rush through these chats. Then the Peter guy says he'll be around for 2 hours after the last call. Then boom
.. An email comes through for you to pay for supposed training. Company does not exist, no LinkedIn profile number generic. Don't do it!

I am going with scam as well. There is very little information out there about Crowedsourced Recruiting. If you research the internet you will find the recruiting scams are on the rise. They specifically say that if the company is asking for money for training then it is most likely a scam. If a company wants you to work for them they will pay for the training. Also, there is no Crowedsourced Recruiting Company at the LA address they show. Run Forest run...

May not be a scam its a pyramid scheme which is worse in my opion

I also forgot to mention that when I called the second time, I tried to dial in a couple minutes before my meeting. The voicemail that came up was for a Lynn Welch with Home Advisor. I don't know if they are using her number or what, but that is a red flag right there. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

THIS IS A SCAM! I almost fell for it, too. When I first called in for the "meeting" I was convinced it was real. However, their lack of a website and minimal reviews online for the amount of experience Dave supposedly has (20-40 years including the other guy), made me weary. The website and the sign up page for the recruiter training have different URLs. There is no privacy page or information about who to contact on their website.

I decided to sign up for the initial call again and discovered it is in fact a recorded call. It is the exact same. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. I will be reporting the account to Indeed as well.

This is hilarious... this is David Cuozzo, the CEO of CrowdSourced Recruiting and literally not one thing you said is accurate on here.

Someone told me that this existed but I had to see it with my own eyes. So let me try to respond to all of the crazy assumptions and "information" shared here about my company.

First of all you applied to a Virtual Recruiting job (we did NOT contact you but rather the opposite) then we invited you to call which I hosted live (not recorded ever but thanks for the compliment that I sound so good and flawless on the call that it sounds like a recording!)

If you were paying attention when I clearly and specifically explained our offerings which is a detailed Recruiter Training Program that personally host OR a recruiter orientation for those that DO NOT wish to participate in the training.

Please send some proof of any correspondence from our company that said you ever needed to purchase anything in order to work here? You requested info on the training we offer and we sent it to you...did we pressure you? Prove it if you are going to make accusations and slander my name and reputation.

That is what I thought.

Signing off,

David Cuozzo
Founder @ CEO CrowdSourced Recruiting

I don’t know who you’re suppose to be on that so called conference call, but it’s not a C.E.O. Definitely a liar, but no C.E.O. chief. Yea that was a recorded audio message. I know because, I tried to interject to ask questions, and the damn recording never stopped once. I would seriously punch a cat like you in the face, then put you to sleep if I were to ever actually see you. Hell...that picture probably isn’t even you.

The fact that there are no "Terms of Service" or "Privacy Policy" legal pages on your payment website is a HUGE red flag. I'm pretty sure it is now very illegal to sell anything on the internet without having these pages clearly stated. Also, your main website is very unfinished and looks kind of sketchy. If you are serious about your business and want to grow it without some half-cocked attempt at a website take it down and pay a professional to build you something that doesn't look like a WordPress template with stock photos and AGAIN NO LEGAL PAGES!

I really hope you are not a scam and you take these recommendations seriously.

I believe this is a scam as well. I applied on indeed and never got a call from anyone but an email asking me to reserve two days and times to get a call from the CEO explaining the job. I thought this was kinda unusual because what CEO had the time to speak to new potential employees and why not relegate that to someone in HR. Nevertheless, I call the number they tell me to call and was added to a conference call with other people. Then a recorded audio of the owner (David Cuozzo) is played and it's clever how they make it seem as if it's not a recording but the owner speaking in real time. How you know it's a recording is that the audio goes for like 30 mins straight with no pauses or breaks for questions. So I believe the scam works to get gullible people who will fall victim to the appeal of authority (who wouldn't feel impressed by the owner speaking directly to you). Then the owner speaks about the company and what they do as far as recruiting and then he speaks about how much money you can make (15K for getting a single client hired) and how much you get for referrals which I believe was $2500. This is when I knew this was a scam and I was waiting for when the audio mentions about paying to get a certificate or licence and lo and behold the owner at the end talks about paying for a training program to help you get the training needed. The audio quickly stops and the call is immediately disconnected. I emailed back just to see what type of scam they're running and I got an email back saying you can pay $129.00 a week for the training. This company and David Cuozzo needs to be investigated.

Found this recruiting job information on Indeed. They set up an online conference call with several other people and myself. Sounded really great but when he ( owner)

Said that if we are junior recruiters we can take the recruiter class. Classes are $129.00 I believe x several months with money up front. Something sounds fishy here. SEE EMAIL BELOW!!!!

Thank you for applying online and for your interest in our new Virtual Recruiter job opportunities for both Junior and Senior Recruiters. We are excited that we are at a point where things are going extremely well at CrowdSourced Recruiting & Training and we are ready to add a few new remote team members!

I will be conducting some initial, informative conference calls with only selected applicants (you!) this week.
