CVS Care Mark (Imposter) Reports & Reviews (1)

CVS Call Mark leaves a recorded message for a Medicare recipient to call back along with a reference number. When you call back, another recorded message states that it recognizes you from the phone number you are calling from. However, then the recording asks for your personal information such as your date of birth and zip code. Following this, the recording informs you that you can now receive 90-day prescriptions rather than monthly. When you try to either say NO or press 2 for NO, it does not allow a NO response.

I checked with my husband's Medicare provider and they knew nothing about this. They referred me to another phone number which confirmed the call was not from them.

I then checked out the CVS Call Mark website and tried to submit an email message complaining to them about their bogus telemarketing scam. The email would not go through. I called the 800 toll free number to talk with someone and got a recording for a free $25 gift card if you answer some questions. The recording wants to know if you are over 50. After listening to other recorded free offers, the recording provides another number to call which turned out to be more recordings of various advertising offers.

If you receive a phone message from CVS Call Mark, hang up. Do not call back. Be extremely careful about providing personal information to a recording.
