Was initially directed to Geek Source via Microsoft, for network security issues. Paid $249 for initial year of 'protection'. Received annual phone calls stating subscription would auto-renew. Was not informed of auto-renewal fees. When I finally caught onto the scam and called to have services removed/cancelled, the remoted in and supposedly removed their software. A year later, I received yet another phone call stating my service contract would auto-renew. I made daily phone calls to the above numbers, but no one would answer, no matter the time of day I called. I did some further research to locate their supposed business. I've made contact with several of the 'technicians' and 'account' specialists. Every time I escalate or begin to ask probing questions, they state my issue needs to be escalated to a 'manager' and that I could expect a phone call within 30 minutes. My most recent call requested all contract documentation and phone records (they apparently record all phone calls). I was told it would take approximately 24 - 48 hours for them to gather this information. A week later, I've still not received any documentation. Yesterday, I spoke with 'Mike' and asked for Jordan Smith and Matt Ivan (2 associates who previously helped me). Mike informed me Jordan and Matt had both been terminated and for data breach related issues. He also informed me that I could expect a call from his manager regarding my recent inquiries. I've still not heard from the manager.

Like others who've reported this fraudulent group, I've spoken to a number of Indian associates who state the same thing...that the others are scammers, but if they would let them remote into my system, they could assure that all cancelled, but yet running software be removed and that annual charges would no longer occur. I've yet to see this occur. I will no longer contact them and caution you, if you provide bank account/credit card information. Ironically, they've also stated they're credited by the ScamPulse.com (supposedly located on their homepage), but I've not been able to locate that information, or see a link within their website.
