Order a pendent from this company and have not received item or been able to reach them. Every Time I emailed them I get a automatic notification stating that my item is in process. I was given a teaching number and today that tracking number does not work. This web site needs to be removed or blocked.

I purchased an online necklace. I paid for the item and will send an email as my order was received. I did not receive any other emails in a couple weeks. I sent several emails requesting information on my order and I received emails back with purchase number and tracking information with a tracking number. The links that they sent me do not work. The order number did not work nor did the tracking number. I have sent eight more emails requesting information and I have no longer received any emails. I cannot find a phone number or an address to contact the seller. The only name that comes up is Sandra XU.
