Happy Frenchies Reports & Reviews (1)

Looking for a puppy, googled "french bulldogs" and came up with this website on the Ad area. Website looks legit and well done. When I seen the price I thought I scored. Filled out the contact info and got an email back like right away. The information was precise but the format was weird, I thought the person had just copied and pasted the info on the email, as they should received many inquiries. They invited us to come and pick up the puppy in person and pay cash or we could have the puppy deliver FOR FREE as they had a voucher to give away. It was too good to be true, so I continue with the "purchase". As I cannot go to Texas, I said I would have the puppy ship to Boston. When I asked if they were legit, they came back with an email: "Your concern is understandable. It’s so sad how some low life dishonest individuals have raised skepticism in minds or clients with thier unscrupulous scams schemes.

Well, we are legit and proud of it. We don’t beg for trust. We earn it through transparency. Be reminded that you are not under any obligation to buy from us so you can either buy or you don’t. But if you choose to buy,We are giving your our word upon our integrity that you’ll certainly get your puppy safely and successfully. As earlier mentioned, the option of coming to our home paying I cash and taking the puppy away is still

open. If you prefer that, simply let us know so we can use the shipping voucher to serve another interested family.

You can also buy locally. We have no issue with this especially as we’ll always find other qualified buyers for our puppies considering the quality we have. Let us know how you want to proceed

Here attached is a video of Lola" ---- I mean, not really wrong with it right? But then I said I wanted to talk to them on the phone to get to know the details. I swear that I got a call 3 minutes after I hit sent. The first contact, the person introduced herself as Donald, than it was Dannielle Donald, and when I was called it was Donald and a guy calling. When I said "so is Dannielle your wife?" he hesitated for a second then said "yeah, yeah, my wife" so I asked "may I transfer the money to her then?" he replied "yes, you can send the money to her". By then my hopes were gone and I figure it was a scam. So I started to look back on our emails and look how they ask for the payment to be deposit "Name: Danielle Donald

ZELLE email: [email protected]

Amount: $900

Memo or Reason for payment : Lola

Note that depending on the kind of account you own, you may have a limit of sending a maximum of $500 at a time. If you encounter this, simply send in 2 parts ($500 & $400)

Notify us whenever you’re done so we can confirm payment, reserve the puppy for you and proceed with delivery arrangement" ------------------- The email doesn't match the business email, and the phone number they provided isn't listed under anyones' name. Honestly, I cannot say it is or not a scam 100% as I didn't have the courage to send the money, but from my little experience in shopping online, everything seemed a bit odd.
