I signed on as a product checker on August 11th, 2020. I provided my driver's license picture, address, phone, email. Also, ssn for W-4 and bank info for direct deposit. I set up my dashboard and received and shipped several packages. 2 days before payday I received packages that were not assigned. Payday was to be Sept 18,2020. On that day, my login was invalid. No response from any of the contacts via phone or email. I still have 3 pairs of tennis shoes. Not sure if they really need to be shipped out to someone, or if that was part of the scam!
Please advise what action to take.

They told me that I would get pay by the 12 of the month but did not pay me and not answering my calls. Two of the numbers said that unable to reach them because of area.

IT IS DEFINITELY A SCAM! They do not work for Hermann Delivery ...that is indeed a legitimate company that has had their identity stolen.

I answered an ad on indeed about employment and got hired as an employee to send packages to clients for them. It was stated that they pay once a month and when it came time for payment, the Company never paid and deleted my access to the work portal. This company is a Scam.

I was hired by an individual claiming to be an employer from a legitimate company. I signed a contract to receive packages, inspect them , and reship them out. I was promised a fixed salary of $1300 monthly plus $30 per package that I reshipped and a $250 bonus.

Over that month I received extremely high end products such as inline filtration devices and golf cart battery chargers golf clubs, wall safes etc.. that are worth thousands of dollars in some cases, and would not receive the reship labels for days sometimes weeks. Then he would send me like a bunch all at once.

When my 30 day probationary period was coming up, he sent me labels for everything and claimed before I can get paid that all unsent packages must be sent out. I was then very concerned that it may be a scam.

The day he was said to be depositing my $2400 check ( what I was owed), it never came. And he has since then stopped responding to my emails and has blocked my phone number. He goes by the name of Oscar Brown.

Hermann Delivery service I found out, is a legitimate company that has been a victim of stolen identity. I plan to contact them and turn all of the co-responding emails, packing slips , receipts to the authorities that the legitimate company has been working with in hopes of catching these/this individual to stop him from doing this to people. I will also turn over the contract that this person had me sign.

I did have to give them a copy of my drivers license, and routing and bank information to my netspend account.

Same as everyone else. Signed the contract, shipped the packages and logged in every single day. Today is payday and they’re denying access to the panel control and don’t answer the phone. How do we report this? Do we call the police?

Hermann Delivery Service, LLC. is a fake company. I received an offer letter and started working with these clowns and after one month, they denied me access to the site and did not pay me for the work I did. So everyone beware of this company because it is not legit.

Here to share my experience as well. Jumped on the opportunity like everyone else at this time because I am in need of money. And just very heartbroken and disappointed to find it was all a scam. Pay day has passed and found myself unable to log in and have no contact anymore from the “supervisors/management” ... if anyone else has any information on how to report this company and fraudulent activity please share with us who have experienced this scam first hand.

I spoke with the payroll dept of the actual company yesterday and she directed me to file a cyber crime report with the FBI which I did. If we can all do this, maybe theyll catch these [censored].
The exact web address is : https://www.Ic3.gov/default.aspx
And there they ask you the specifics of the incident.

I started working for this company on 7/27/2020. I received multiple packages and re shipped those out within the necessary guidelines. My access to the dashboard has been removed. Its real unfortunate how people can get free labor from people without any intent of paying them. I received an employment offer letter so I assumed it was legitimate because in the past I have done similar work. This is a difficult time for many people and for someone to prey on that knowing people needed that money is heart wrenching.

How do I get out of this if its a scam? I've sent 2 packages out like I was told and I have the 3rd package that needs to go out but I also received another box today that was addressed to someone else which of course I cant open but the supervisor I spoke with said that the customers know in the agreement page that its OK for us to open their package. Printed paperwork but anyone can make fake documents so I will not open the box that came in, but what do I do with the packages that I have if I want to quit

This is a clone scam of sonicshipusa...worked for them for a month processing 40 packages. on payday i was shut out from the employee dashboard and was unable to communicate with hr, 2 supervisors, or the company via text email or phone...this time im going to keep a few iphones and mac books and cut off contact before payperiod and see haow they like having their package mule [censored] with them..

I as well was scammed by this guy claiming to be Oscar Brown...but the jokes going to be on him because I have $5000 worth of brand new items I never received labels for that I am keeping. I have reported him to the BBB and am reporting to the authorities. Hermann Delivery Service is a legitimate company out of NJ ...theyve just had their identity stolen and probably has ruined their reputation ... What kind of lowlife does this to people
?

- Glendale, AZ, USA

They are saying that they are a delivery service that needs product checkers to deliver products to different countries that American stores won't deliver to so they need us to receive the merchandise, check it and send it back out to the person in the other countries to receive for $1300 a month, and $30 for every package sent out on time as a bonus. I have saved all emails, and phone numbers if needed.

I saved all emails and packing slips, names of potential clients and the contract I signed if it helps take these [censored] down I will turn it all over gladly.

So was it a scam?

I received the same contacts and proposal. How did your experience end? is it really scam?
