This company advertise electric cars for 38.48 ea. I ordered 2 approx June 2020 via Paypal. Didn't receive anything as of August. I contacted Paypal. Took them two months to do their research only to get back to me stating the company said I received the items and they have a tracking number as proof. Paypal denied my claim for a refund. This was the purpose of using Palpal!. There are many victims of this same scam that purchased their cars using Paypal also. I found out about them on "SCAMMPULSE". Paypal should be held accountable because they're allowing this company to tell them anything, with their fraudulent tracking numbers and Paypal isn't gullible!
