The initial speaker is a recording saying that a utility disconnect will happen in 20 minutes. I pressed "1" as instructed to speak to an agent. The "agent" Alberto said that he was with Kentucky Utilities and that our service would be cut off if he didn't get immediate payment. I told him that was a lie; he called me names and hung up.

This happened again a short while later from another number; and again.

I received a phone call stating my electricity was going to be shut off in 30 minutes if I didn't contact the number 1-859-367-1200. I called KU they said it was a scam and my service was not going to be shut off for non payment.
