Asked for set amount of donations ($35.00, $50.00, $75.00) for law enforcement agencies due to the "defund" the police movement. Was told they would send me a donation envelope. I told them I would have to look at my finances first. Then was asked I could send $20.00. When I agreed, he informed me he would send me to the billing department where I was immediately asked for my credit card or debit card number. I asked about sending the envelope instead, but was told they prefer to use card info so they can put that donation to work immediately.

I did give them my my full name, but when I answered the phone, they asked for me by name. This info they obviously already had.
