I called them on 11/6 midnight because I was locked out from my apartment. The phone operator never gave me a quote and he keep telling me the tech will provide you later. He also asked me I compared with the price with other locksmith or not which is weird.
The tech arrived and he does not have any ID or license. He also wear sweatpants and tee, no uniform.
He was very rushed to fix the key and drilled the door to fix the key. They never gave an explanation except the price of the key itself.
When I pay the cost, he took picture of my credit card and he sent to someone else to confirm.
I paid $788.17 in total. It was 12AM so I understand it cost more but this is not even average price. I would like to report because everything match when I look up “Scam Locksmith”.
