on 11/24/2022 we booked a flight with them. On 11/31/2022 they said flight was canceled we requested refund. was told 7 days called back 12/72022 was told 7 days after being hung up on twice. 1/10/2023 called back and requested supervisor and was hung up on. Called again and was told we would receive callback in 1-2 hours. no call back. contacted credit card company to file grievence.
