This scammer seems to have no physical address other than Toronto, Canada. The business sells only the "Navy Flashlight", and the proprietor living in Canada calls himself Philip Owusu. He claims to ship from locations in the U.S. and Canada but drop-ships from China. This is not divulged obviously, and in my case, a refund was promised. Via PayPal, as he was originally paid by me. He made no refund. He then stated a refund had already been made, so he is defrauding PayPal as well. He is a thief and a liar.
