I’m a small business and was looking for a short term loan, talked to this guy several times. Then they asked to send bitcoin money via cash app but they would deposit the funds to my account first which they did and I would just return it which I did, but when I called my bank the deposits were from a garage company and probably never going to clear my account. The reason for the deposits was to help raise my credit limit and once sent they said I had an outstanding federal debt for $280 and to send them the money they would take care of it. He never could tell me who it was too. I don’t have a $1 to loose I’m trying to work and my business is growing and I fell vulnerability to this scam. I hope they get stopped. Too many honest people are working hard and they catch some of at a bad time and what’s the worst part, I knew better but fell victim to this anyways ??
