I bought three items and all were too small. It was very difficult to return. They sent me a 4th item that I did not order and when I sent it back they did not refund the money. I spent $93.11 on May 2nd and received a refund of $43.14 on July 19th. July 14th they charged me $41.48 For a "purchase" I did not make.

Placed 3 orders in 2 days over 3 months ago. Received most items. A few were ok but most poor quality and not as shown. Co said all items shipped and delivered but items were missing. I have sent emails with no resolution. I wish I had done more research before ordering. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am one of many to complain about this compnay. i P laced and order on 6/22 and recieved it 1 month later. I cntacted this co twice to cancel order bc I would not wait 1 month to receive. They sent it anyway, no packing slip, not the items as pictured on website and they are paid through pay pal. I was forced to issue stop payment with my cc company. D NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS IN CHINA!

Ordered a shirt for my Mother, took over a month to come in, but the charged my credit card right away. The shirt was too small, I sent a request for return and they wanted photos and tape measurements of the shirt. I have sent 3 total requests, I have not heard back. Worst Company Ever, will NEVER order from them again.

I purchased 4 items in April and it took almost a month to receive the items. The clothes look good in the pictures online but are very cheap and sizes are way off. I requested a refund and get not reply. I have disputed this purchase with my credit card company. I will never order anything again without reading the reviews next time.

I really wish I had looked in to this business before buying anything. I just sent them an e-mail letting them know I want a refund for all the items they have not sent me. I will have to report them to the BBB most likely. Most of the people that have complained on this site so far only ordered a few items - I ordered over 50 and spent close to $1000. I have only received 7 items so far - without any kind of invoice, packing slip, description, etc. The package it came in didn't even mention this company on the outside - it just had UGD as the name and a Chino, CA address. This place is very deceiving. I always look at the washing instructions for items because I need clothes that can be thrown in the washer and dryer. Every single item I received was hand wash separately or dry clean only. I checked back on the site and the washing instructions were never shown. The items do not fit, do not look like the pictures and one top has big white blobs (not part of the design) on the front instead of the blue squares with white lined borders it should have. I am on disability and cannot afford for this kind of crap to happen. I guess I am learning my lesson the hard way about not buying local and trying a business before checking them out. I really wanted to give this place a good review but I can't. I just hope I am not out the (25) items they have not sent me and also out a refund. Do not order from this place!

I ordered three linen casual tops from popstevie on April 28. On May 15 I emailed them to let them know that I had not received my clothes or anything about the status of my order. I then received an email that told me my order was in Chino California awaiting mailing. On May 21 I again emailed them that it was unacceptable for them to have my money and me not have my merchandise. I finally received my order on May 26 and the blouses were not linen as I had ordered and as pictured The last email I sent was on June 5 outlining all the above and told them that if this cannot be reconciled I would have to resort to other means and include negative reviews online. I have not heard one word back. I would not purchase anything from this awful company whoever they are.

Placed order on May 23rd, paid for in full the 24th. Did not here anything until I requested information by email on June 3rd. Popstevie email me one item was not available and was returning my money for this item. I Emailed back and ask for total refund and cancel order, it’s been 2 weeks and have not heard from the company. No refund or email. They are scammers.DO NOT ORDER anything from them.

I ordered from Fasigal, same experience, back ordered - we were in Az. when I first placed the order - 4 tops, 1 pair of pants. We left Az. the 27th of March, so I had emailed the Or. address to have items shipped there. Finally, I did receive the order - the pants fit but the tops were too tight. I returned the tops to exchange for x-large I have never received another word or any items since. That was in April - now I also see the same clothing line is under a different name. I am contacting the BBB and filing a complaint.

After several weeks and nothing, I emailed and got a tracking number that didnt change for weeks. Half of my order arrived 6 weeks later. One piece is passable, the other is enormous. No replies to my emails to find out about other two pieces . No way to return or exchange. Never again. Beware!

I ordered 5 items received only 2. Now I can not even get check my order it says page not available. When I try to contact them everything goes to a page that says contact us, but does not give you a way to contact them. I sent emails to the address I ordered from and am getting no response.

This company does not appear to be very reliable. If I do not get my merchandise, I plan to file a legal complaint. I pray that others will read and take precautions when ordering from any website...

I ordered four (4) items on May 21, 2020. On May 31, I received an email confirmation of the transaction in the amount of $95.21 USD , using a PayPal Account. I used a credit card, which I do not have. I received an email confirmation on June 1, 2020 that the shipment was on its way and should be received by June 10th. In the future, I do not intend to ever purchase from this company again.

I’ve seen these EXACT SAME CLOTHES on three other sites...this is now the fourth! I ordered from the first site (Curvey Clothes) in November 2019. After a month I emailed them asking where my order was. (I’d charged $80) in December I saw the same clothes under another site name and tried to contact that company. SURPRISE ...no reply! I’ve gotten no further replies and my CC company can’t find them either! They are slimy scammers and I caution you please do not order from here! I now google every site online prior to ordering to see if it’s legit! It’s the only way

Ordered on May 22, haven’t received anything so far. They say shipment is in Chino, LA, and that was June 2nd. Since I have been sending emails, no reply. Really disappointed. But I shouldn’t have opened a sight while playing word with friends2. I guess my advice never to open and order from a site on a game.$85.00 worth. ☹️?
On the other most of LA is still on semi lockdown. I am an optimist. Even if I get my stuff, never again. I ordered stuff on other web site and they have been arriving . So ?.

I placed order of 13 items on line on May 21, Charged on AMEX. didn’t get anything so far except a short email on June 1 saying ‘ Only this item color – block long sleeve casual crew neck sweater color; black size: L capital of your order is in stock. The rest items still under processing. Vicki’ Requested information on estimated time of arrival for the rest of the items - they wrote hello very sorry for the long waiting time since some products in your order are in high demand and will take a bit long time for processing we will ship of our products which we have in stock now at first please don’t worry When you only receive Part of products in your order for further details you can reply to this email our customer service will give you respond a SAP hope you’re understanding and wish you have a nice day. After sending them another email for information on the status quo of my order I decided otherwise. I just call American Express and disputed the charges
