I ordered face cream products for a minimal amount. The trial product arrived with NO packing slip.or details. About 2 weeks later my credit card was charged for $96.95 twice!! I called company and they said I did not return trial product within 14 days of purchase. There was no instruction to do that at all!!! I'm am currently disputing the charges.
