I bought on 14/November 2022 from the company BLAUX a portable bidet eur 58.94 that to date I have never received, the tracking number is incorrect(- HKARK_DEL11136896_1_172509); Numéro de commande: 2219989985
Date de la commande: 11/12/2022; I honored the payment in 4 times through Quality Performance Limited via Paypal without problem and although having warned Quality P L and Paypal, I have never received a response from either— In good French, it’s called a real scam. Shame on you!

Company sends generic emails and will not provide address to return or instructions to return. I have submitted a complaint thru PayPal and have to wait 21 days. Keeps saying they are backed up and can’t find my order . I have sent all original pictures and videos of product not turning on. Hope PayPal gives money back and I have requested PayPal remove them from their site to purchase. Stay away!

I was researching fitness watches, and I came across this company, where I was trying to locate the shipping charge. As soon as I clocked “continue” from the product page, my card was charged 2 times, I never seen a breakdown of charges, never seen shipping, never put my address in, my card auto filled. So I immediately called and emailed the company within 2 minutes of a confirmation page. The phone number I called was for leaving voicemails only. I received an email back after about 2 days saying my package had already shipped. I immediately told them the situation and they offered me 30% off but said they could not refund, even though I did not purchase this item. For any response back it took 24 hours or more. I called my bank and started looking into this company, and they are terribly rated on google, and every platform online. They have a company sponsored page that described this watch as the “best in the market”, which is where I initially seen them. Finally after threatening to start a class action lawsuit because I’ve found many others with similar situations, they told me I could return the watches for a refund. When returning the watches, it was even more of a hassle, they wanted me to pay for shipping back, which I refused, they sent me a shipping label, and then after that proceeded to tell me to make sure I ship it to a certain address that was not on the shipping label, or my refund would be delayed. After over a month, they finally told me they would give me a refund for 2 amounts that was not even the full amount they had charged me, and the processing time for refunds was 30 days. This company is harmful to American consumers, and the ratings on every platform can vouch for this.

I have been trying to reach this company for more than two weeks to no avail all I want is a return label these have never been opened cut or used in any way my podiatrist does not want me to use them . Why can’t you people send me a return label? I called the number on the label and was told they are a third party billing company, these need to go back where they came from. Just today after not hearing back from anyone I called PayPal to dispute this claim. What is so hard to do? I also took pictures so they can see they were NEVER opened thank you for your time

I purchased a buzzbgone unit online. They put a shipping label on the product but was not shipped promptly. I cancelled the order before it left the warehouse but did not receive credit on my card. They finally shipped the item after a long delay. I tried the unit in my garage that was full of mosquitos and after 3 hours found only one mosquito had gone into the zapper. Determining that the unit did not perform as promised I returned the item. I had to pay postage out of my own pocket. The company policy was that my card would be credited 30-45 days after the goods were returned in perfect shape. I sent the unit insured and with a tracking number. After 60 days I had not seen a credit on my credit card so I contacted them. They answered back that I had to show proof of return. I'm sure that they were just giving me the run around and not wanting to jump through any more of their hoops, have conceded that they had stolen my money and got away with it. I promised them that I would be reporting my experience to the ScamPulse.com so here I am. My advise to anyone dealing with this company is that they don't get scammed like me. Don't buy a BuzzBGone mosquito zapper.

I purchased 3 Kore 2.0 Watches from KoreHealth at a total cost of $159.93. When I attempted to charge the first watch, it would not charge. I did not open the other two watches. I requested customer assistance and received several emails indicating that my issue would be addressed but it never was. I requested a refund and KoreHealth consistentyly refused to process the refund or provide return information. At some point KoreHealth provided reboot instructions but the watch still would not work. Based on numerous other Better Business Bureau complaints and Amazon and Google reviews, KoreHealth is knowingly and fraudulently selling defective goods and perpetuating its fraud by refusing to provide refund or return information.

I ordered 3 of these mosquito repellent devices after reviewing the website where it showed and said it was for outdoor use. It took 4 weeks to get them, and immediately I saw they were for indoor use only. I immediately contacted the company for a refund. Their process was for me to fill out an online Contact Form and wait for them to reply where to return the items. I got a few emails, saying they were busy and would respond soon. It's now 7 weeks and after numerous attempts to contact the company - they have not taken any action to provide me with a way to return the items. They delay, and delay and do nothing.

I ordered 2 of these on June 6, 2022. I have never received anything- there was an email address so I sent my question on where my order was, all I get is emails that don't make any sense- the latest email from a "Blair" states "Assigning ticket back"
I have no idea what that means! Don't order from these people

I ordered 3 Blaux Portable Bidets for $122+ and I signed up for their Warranty, for $39+ on May 23, 2022. I got several email encouragements, but no items shipped! By June 13, 2022 I sent back an email that I lost my confidence in the company and if they get in these items PLEASE DO NOT SHIP THEM TO ME. I repeated this, but some emails return with Undeliverable. On July 10, 2022 I reported them to a New Jersey Better Business Bureau. Bad news, they are on there already, with many problems, other items too. On July 13, 2022 I sent back an answer on their email, again stating I DO NOT WANT THEIR STUFF, DO NOT SHIP THEM. They answered back, saying these may ship, I should just return them.
I do not believe they have these items, never had them, they (falsely) blame the Supply Chain problems, but they collected the monies on May23, 2022! I just hope my credit card bank will help!

I Placed the order on-line for this product, received an order confirmation, verified funds were withdrawn from bank account.

The next day I received a e-mail stating my purchase was not complete and instructed me to return to the web site to complete the purchase. There was no evidence that my order even existed.

I called the number listed on my bank account and and got an automated recording. They said for a faster response, use the messaging service form.

I filled the form and requested a call back from someone to answer some questions I have regarding my order. I received zero calls. I got an e-mail message stating someone would get back to me no one ever did. I filled out this form and submitted it several times all with the same response.

I called several times and left messages but no one called me back.

At my bank, the agent informed me that the extra charge for the "extended warranty" was actually set to be a recurring monthly charge.

Ordered 3 buzzbegone insect zappers..some repellent stickers and a extended warrantee my credit card statement and the website shows them as distributor. Never recieved order acknowledgement. Contacted them and got reply that I had never ordered. Sent proof of order and recieved reponse of they are investigating. any additional contact gets either a standard they are investigating or they have no order from me

Una puta mierda de aparatos,,compre 4 y consegui que me abonarán 2 y otros 30 euros me abonaron por estar descontento, pero aún así es una estafa, no enfrían una mierda y no valen 50 euros cada aparato ni de coña,,,, nada gracias por escucharme

I was looking for another health tracking watch. My husband decided to order me one. He looked through various adds and decided the Kore would be a good choice. He went ahead and ordered it. About a day later, I came across some bad reviews and decided that I didn't want to take my chances with that brand and tried to cancel the order. I requested a refund of my money. After several emails back and forth and them telling me they were working on my request, I still wasn't having any luck on the refund. I eventually received an email from them about a week ago stating that they were sending the watch. As of this evening, I haven't received a watch, or my money back.

Purchased Kore2 fitness tracker that was highly rated by "Trusted Consumer Reviews." Delivery was slow. They sent a tracking number 1 day after purchase, but the product didn't arrive for 3 weeks. The product worked fine for 9 weeks but failed during the first "firmware update." Attempted to contact company by phone at 855-219-4892 but got message "our office is currently closed." Attempted to contact through email link on web site (https://www.qualitygadgetshop.com/contact-us.html) and directly at [email protected]. Received several messages "I want to sincerely apologize for the delay in answering your request, we are trying resolve all requests as soon as possible. Due to higher than expected volume, we are experiencing a delay in responding to your ticket." I think both this company and possible the web site "Trusted Consumer Reviews," are defrauding people with low-grade merchandise and non-existent customer service.

Complete Scam and deceitful ordering with no confirmation or actual order. There are many different contact names and sites for the transaction sent to me and I cannot tell what the actual site is called. I was checking the BLX buds online and was going to order but then read many reviews and something just seemed “off” and scan-like so I did not order them. Just received an order for 3 in the mail costing $122.94 and it was charged to my PayPal account without an actual confirmation email from any company or an actual sale! I called the company listed on the PayPal account, Quality Performance Limited Corporation, 855-219-4892 which now says I have to return them in order to get a refund when I didn’t order in the first place! The other company names associated with this order for BLX BUDS are: Try BLX Buds, Quality Gadget Shop, and mailed from Think Tech Sales, LTD, 415 Hamburg Turnpike, Bldg B2, Wayne, NJ 07470. If I don’t receive a refund immediately I’m referring them to the BBB and my local consumer affairs.

Never, ever do business with this mob of [censored], crooks and [censored]. They couldn't get my Order to me, so they offered more stuff at a “discount”. Why would I order more when they can't send me even my first Order? Gee, I am not that stupid. This is after ordering whilst they had a lot of stock, according to their promo. Email after email saying they were sorry. Separate emails saying I had been given a “Ticket No” and would be dealt with in turn. I didn't want that, I wanted my Order. They then said they were understaffed due to covid (the universal excuse?). My suggestion was to stop wasting time saying sorry and to use that time to pack and post my Order. The initial promo said there was stock and to get in whilst it lasted. I placed the Order and paid via PayPal and that was a relief as PayPal organized a Refund which I have received. I ordered two buzz cones early December they of course didn't arrive, I contacted Paypal, they contacted the company and they gave them $21.93 as an apology and agreed to resend the order, when it arrived there was only one buzz cone (cheap and flimsy) I contacted them complaining I hadn't received the full order and requested a refund, all I get back is an automated letter of apology and offering me 50% off another of their products, which is such a joke would NEVER dealy with this company again. $106.93 down the drain. Please don't buy ANYTHING from this company.

Starscope monocular, total scam, never received. Charged my credit card, even sold me a warranty..and claims in several emails that they have no recollection of my purchase

Same exact thing happened with me! They claimed that they couldn't locate any order from me. I sent them pictures of the PayPal transactions and complained to PayPal also. No refund or starscopes either- it has been nearly a month since my order.
