This service is associated with the fake Apple support phone number which promises to "fix" the Apple iCloud problem.

Consumer received a call, said they were from "Quick Solutions". Said that in the past they had helped her with computer issues, and they had overcharged her so now they were giving her money back. The consumer has memory issues and agreed because she thought she had dealt with them in the past. The scammers said that the ScamPulse.com was listening in on the phone line to make sure everything went smoothly (which the ScamPulse.com doesn't do.) The consumer downloaded "Team Viewer", a program for remotely accessing computers, and allowed them to go on her computer. They were supposed to add $200 to her Paypal account, but instead they deposited $2000 and asked her to send back the overcharge amount which she refused to do. They then took $1000 from her bank account, probably gaining access through her computer, and paid themselves through Paypal. They also gained access to her Amazon account and used it to make a $2800 purchase, which was blocked by Amazon. The phone number they gave her to call back was 857-240-9022.

Saturday, I was searching the internet, on my iphone, for the lyrics and chords to a song. I clicked on the link, a message (see photo) popped up on my screen and wouldn't go away. It stated my Apple Device had been locked for security reasons, and gave a number to call to resolve the problem. $479 later (for computer software to "protect" my data, contacts, and all information, I was told to turn my phone off and back on. It worked fine, so I thought they fixed the problem.

Sunday (yesterday), a friend told me I had been scammed. I contacted Apple and was told I was scammed. I could have just turned my phone off and back on and changed settings AT NO CHARGE! The scammers arent connected to Apple at all.

I was called by Quick Solutions in Tampa FL saying that my wifi and computers had been compromised. Prior to this while on the internet I had a pop up on my iPhone saying my wifi had been compromised and to call a 800 number. Regretfully I fell for their scam and gave them accest to my phone and computer. They charged me $300 for their services. Please check into the credibility of this so call company. I should have said at the beginning that I called them due to the pop up. 800-624-9114 is the number I called. Any advise for me regarding this situation except not to fall for it again?
