Scammed out of $108.70 for unknown reasons

I was on an investing website to see if i was applicable and there was a small fee i had to pay for a demonstration but i was applicable so they didnt see me fit to invest so i didnt continue with it. The next week is my partners birthday so i need my money but half of what i get from my goverment as a job seekers benefit was taken out of my account with authorizing the transaction so i called my bank and they said that they could cancel my card but they couldnt do anything else about it but that doesnt solve my problem, i missed out on being able to put that money towards my partners 18th and it was taken unrightfully, the bank im with didnt even give me a good reason to why they could take my money, so please help me get my money back, it devestates me me this has happened, i contacted the people/scammers myself but have had no reply please help me
