Called me about an engine i was looking for, said they had one and multiples to chose from. We worked out a deal and i gave my CC info over the phone. The payments went to another company that has no record of the transaction and i never received the engine

I had to wire transfer $8250 thru chase bank for the purchase of a motor for a 2015 Jaguar. The contact person was located in Baltimore Md where I live as well. The part was to be shipped from out west, Texas . It was to be shipped within 10 to 16 days after the tranfser. However , Its been more than 10 days. I called the contact Larry on 3/11 . There was no answer. There was is no answer at the shipping location either. From further investigation, I learned that the company location did not exist. The owner of the building had not heard of Rapid eagles auto parts in his building. So, there it is. Im out $8250.00.
