He is filing fraudulent insurance claims and has peoples personal profile information to commit identity fraud and bank fraud he has persons personal information and uses it to order parts for repairs that he is not going to do for the insurance customer and uses the parts for cash paying customers. He collects service fees and then turns to tell the customer that they need a plumber or an electrician. He so resents me for teaching a young adult "kid" a good way of life after he has come out of hard times and will never be anything more than a danger to society unless he has a good mentor in his life and this Insurance fraudster seeks to be his boss and mentor and our youth and the integrity of our city is at risk. It is already a financially challenging area and has at risk kids but in the neighborhood there is a semi decent and upstanding man that tries to be better for the area by being his landlord and trying to earn a living as well but is not being held accountable from r cleaning up the trash economy. This is something that I hope you will help with because this landlord is involved in government contracts and he is someone that should be supporting the kids teams in the schools that are around there. But no he is allowing this dangerous and criminal behavior go on as well as the fraud because he is making a buck as a landlord. he knows darn good and well this guy is ripping off the black community as well as the integrity of our business practices as well as the personal safeties of the privileged and private knowledge of citizens whom are not aware. There are some very dangerous Internet crimes going on in the city and this happens to be 1 of the low life humans who do it and take advantage of the public.
