The company was advertised as Jennifer Aniston's new anti-aging skin care line. I saw it on Facebook on the side column. You could try it for "free" and only had to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling per item. I purchased the face cream and the eye cream. You had 12 days to try it for free and then you could supposedly cancel and return the product with no charge. My card was charged twice for $119 (and change) BEFORE I ever received the items. I called (livid) and the only way they said they could refund my money was for me to send back the products which I did not have yet. So they (re)sent the products to me which I did receive and did try them for the minimum required time (two weeks) and then mailed the products back on 4/11/18. Thy said it took 4 to 6 weeks for the refund. I called June 1st to check on the status. They said I had to provide the UPS tracking number which I gave them (again upset b/c I wasn't this was required from the start). They said 5 to 7 business days. I called 6/20/18 - still no refund. They said they couldn't credit my card but had tried YET no one called me to tell me that. They said they'd send a check for the $239.87 and it would arrive in 3 to 5 days. I called 6/29 - still no check. They said it was mailed on 6/22 but would take 3 to 4 weeks from Denver, CO to Portland, OR!!! I finally tried the email provided and two people got back to me and assured me it would arrive. It finally came around July 11. I deposited the check 7/16/18 to my bank and IT GOT REJECTED BECAUSE THE ACCOUNT WAS FROZEN!! Then my bank charged me $12 for the returned check fee.

I ordered a trail face cream. I used my debit card of 20.00 for the purchase 2 items. The website keep offering other products and auto shipping of other items. I declined all offers.last month i have 2 charges of 119.95. I reported to my bank and requested a refund.my bank declined and i called the company to cancell any orders pending for shipment. I refused one item and asked where to send it back.Victor at revive said they would not accept returns for credit. I am requesting my money back and to make sure all future orders are cancelled

My grandmother was on Facebook and they promoted an add for a free sample of skin care by the actress pauley purrette, all you pay isn’t shipping. She clicked on the link and it took her to a website which I linked above. The two products a sample of eye serum And eye cream she paid only for the shipping which was 9.90. She was charged the 9.90 and recieved her product. First we noticed no return address on the package we recieved and no address in the invoice. A few days later her account was charged 119.00 without her consent. We looked back up the website and their terms a bad conditions are very sketchy. We immediately called the bank and they told us to contact the company. The company was very rude and claimed me we had knowledge of this club we were now a part of. Nothing ever said we were subscribing to anything. My grandmother even screen shotted her order screen info as I always tell her to do. It never stated any additional charges. The company will not respond and will not refund the money so we are now trying to dispute it. This company is not only scamming peoOle by claiming it’s pauley purrettes skin care line but they’re secretly charging people and bank accounts and who knows what else they’re doing with that information. I don’t want anyone else to go through this. I’m just glad I caught it before they ripped off thousands from my grandmother

Shoppers are told that Macy's is going out of business and you can get beauty products for 4.95. Somehow after clicking on the AD you are sent another website. They send you a box with two products one I did not order and no contact information. No packing slip or anything. I tried calling the origina #. They hang up. Two weeks later I have 180.00 taken from my account. They refuse to return it. Said the small print was 14 days to get refund. It was not on the receipt or any info. I did cancel the automatic withdrawal which would be that a amount monthly.
