I ordered on December 3, 2023 online from their website a 5' pre-lit Christmas tree and an outdoor nativity. Never received anything and I emailed them twice , Feb 22, 2024 and March 9 2024 trying to find out why I never received anything but got no response. I believe they were either advertising on Facebook or thru TEMU. The charge came in as from Belfast Ireland but no phone number.

In nov i ordered candles when the money came out of my acct. It was risetor never heard of them.i have tried to contact them 3 times twice i got email saying order was shipped .i never got anything.i tried to contact a 3rd time no luck .

Was on facebook n seen a ad for over stock Lowe's n i ordered a xmas blow up n still have not received it after them taking my payment n i tryed getting in touch with them n thats when i realized i was scammed by this company RISETOR i have not been able to track it but after i got in touch with them i got a tracking number which i knew it was also not legit n not for past 3 days saying it was delivered but has not been n they no longer get back to me!

Bath and Body works order from end of November , Ristor has been keeping contact with me through Emails and tracking number, told me to check post office I did and then when it went to email them that information today the email gets sent back saying undeliverable

I should get my order in 60 days ! After the website said 7-10 days I have been trying to reach a live person no return no and address but a fake email wtf scammed !
