I also had scam from this company $152. Charge on my card. Ordered promotional order for 7.00 and a 5.00 eye serum. Next thing I know Had to cancel card and report fraud to my bank. Nowhere in FB ad do they say it’s automatic monthly withdrawal with no product. If u call them they hang up on u. Never order anything thru Facebook app again.

This company has a Facebook page and on Sunday 1/26/20 they were having a sale on a moisturizer for $7.00 and an eye serum for $ 5.00. They make it sound like such a great deal. I screenshot my order number. However they never sent an email confirmation. They immediately took the money from my bank. But didn't respond to fb messages, emails and phone calls. Someone messaged me today that she was a victim of this and after 15 days her debit card was charged an additional 160.00 by this company. I had to put a stop on the first 2 charges and deactivated my debit card. If further information is needed I have screenshots of everything..the ad they had about this flash sale my order number and their phone number. I also reported their fb page to Facebook.

They did the same thing to me. I just figured it out today as I just got online banking. Just wondering if your bank statement says "cosmetic company, wondercosmetics"? That is what mine says, but I know it was for Sunday nu bc of the date and charges. The same name wonder cosmetics charged me 3 weeks later after the initial charges of $7&$5. That charge was for $110.14. My bank reissued me the money, but if they see its not found fraudulent, then they will take the money back. I just want to get out of this subscription that I never signed up for, nor have received products from. What a scam! Do you have the phone number? I'd like to be able to call them and see if they even answer me. Their webpage is gone now too. Hopefully this is over and they won't charge any of us consumers again!
