They have called all of my family stating this is an urgent clam and will be served papers if I do not comply. That had all of my personal information, the last 4 of my SSN. I have checked with the company they say are suing me, and they have stated there is no such claim. I have pulled my credit report and nothing has shown yet. I simply told them to contact my attorney and they would handle it. They got very angry and were very rude. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!
