This is the same scam as previously reported by others recently and last year - same text, just update year to 2024!

I received just a mailed in an envelope with opening instructions. It was from 2024 Travel and Excursion Showcase. The letter explained a invitation to a showcase information discussion. In exchange for attending the informative discussion I would receive two round trip tickets in the US and a 2 night stay in a hotel. Bonus if I would call within 24 hours and receive $100 dining voucher too. I can't find anything on 2024 Travel and Excursion Showcase. Do they really exist? I won't fall for it.

Invitation to travel and excursion showcase promising airline tickets and hotel stay. Claims not to be time share, buy is, just using a slightly different name. After simple research, guests don't get the free promised items, constantly having to send money and filling out forms.

Received a mailer that said, "2023 Travel and Excursion Showcase" American-JetBlue-Southwest. Dear (me)--- You and your spouse or partner are cordially invited to attend our showcase....an informative discussion showing cost-effective ways to enjoy future vacations (i.e. TIMESHARE or VACATION PACKAGE or whatever they want to call it nowadays!!) Says we will receive 2 nights at one of our over 1,000 Marriott or Hilton hotels (with the option to extend). All we have to do is call the number..... Signed by Linda White, 1-800-970-8930. (When I called that number a recording said "thanks for calling THE AWARD CENTER. Ple[censored]d for the next available agent." I was on hold for a while and nobody ever picked up although recordings kept coming on saying "please continue to hold for the next available representative" and "we appreciate your patience."
