This company sells pet beds on their website, and I made the mistake of ordering 3 dog beds. I have contacted the company via email. I could not reach them via phone. The 3 dog beds that I ordered are vastly different from what is advertised on their website. The quality is terrible, there is hardly any stuffing, and the beds are ripped (see photos). I emailed them within 24 hours of receiving the product per their website and it has been a downward spiral from there. Here is the timeline of events:

9/15/20 - I ordered 3 dog beds w/ removeable covers

9/20/20 - I received the items (not as advertised)

9/21/20 - I emailed Abbyspace letting them know the items were terrible quality and asked how the refund process works

9/21/20 - Rachel from support writes back saying that I would be responsible for paying a $50 return shipping fee and they can only offer me a 20% refund as compensation. (which is funny because their refund policy says they cannot currently accept return shipments due to the pandemic)

9/22/20 - I declined this offer of a partial refund, demanding a full refund and saying that I am not going to pay for return shipping

9/22/20 - Rachel from support writes back, this time offering a 30% refund as compensation.

9/22/20 - Again, I decline and state that I want a full refund.

9/23/20 - Flora from support writes back, this time offering a 40% refund as compensation and stating that's the most they can offer. This was the last communication I have had with them. I purchased the beds thru Paypal and I've had to escalate the issue to Paypal; currently waiting on a resolution.

This business advertises very comfy dog beds. Once ordered, company will state that it can't find shipping due to COVID, then they'll offer you 10% or a full refund. They will return the 10% and you'll think it's legit. When you reply again, because you've waited weeks, they will send you the exact same email. When you ask for the full refund, you will get stuck in a runaround--"oops, we ran out of beds" or "it will be there in 4-9 days, immediately shipped from our LA warehouse"...there are a few of them. Then you'll wait and wait, and continue to contact them and you will be out of your money and not ever see the dog beds. It has been over 2 months since I initially ordered and over a week since a full refund was requested.
