We placed an order for a Thermo Cube Solid State Cooling System in September 2022, but the order was cancelled by ACME Revival, and we were never refunded the purchase price back to our credit card. When we asked about this, the customer service rep advised him to dispute the charge with our bank. They never offered to check on the status of the refund. They simply insisted over and over again that the refund was processed on their end and that we needed to file a dispute with our bank (Bank of America). Somehow I don't believe the issue is on Bank of America's side. I tried calling their phone number and it looped and looped with a recording until it hung up on me. I attempted to chat with three customer service reps online, and none of them were able to help me, provide any confirmation of the refund, connect me with a supervisor, give me contact info for a supervisor, nothing. They only provided a general [email protected] email address. I've noticed the business is registered as Entity#20201293105, foreign corporation in Sheridan, CO registered with the Colorado Department of State. I also received this address from a customer service rep: PO Box 371772, Denver, CO. Also when we were initially notified about the cancellation of our order the notification said "Although we've instructed Stripe to return the funds to you, you may find it more expeditious to file a dispute with your financial institution with whom you utilized to place the order." This is very shifty.
