I wanted to change my address with USPS and went with the first website I found on Google. It was a fake website and charged me $80 and took my address and credit card number without changing my address. USPS charged $1.05.

This site took 60 dollars from me to change my address. When I tried to call to get the refund they tried to still give me 'offers' that was even more than what I got scammed for. I repeatedly asked to have the refund in full and she just would listen and kept shorting me until finally I was able to look at their fine print on their website and see it said you can have a full refund. Even though she then placed the refund in it still was not correct in the confirmation text I got instead of 60 dollars it said 80 was being returned so I dont even know if the money will be returned. Be careful with this site and stay away

Site is set up to look exactly like the Usps address change site. Claims the fee is $1.05 but then charge your card for $79.

Website Appeared at the top of Google Search for "change address online." Website mimicked USPS website. Website stated that debit card would be used to verify identity and did not describe any service or charge. After filling out my information I discovered that 79.95 had been debited from by checking account.

When googling USPS address change I fell into this trap. I clicked a link and went through all the motions. Felt very similar to the USPS address change process. They claim to be a change of address service and over charge you for something that should be cheap. They don't list a price anywhere even when entering your card information. Once you complete the transaction it will show up as a ridiculous charge when it should have only been 1.05$ I called the 888 number and was greeted by a female in a very noisy environment with a very low call quality. Then she asked a few questions about my transaction amount the last 4 of my card number and a few other things and she said she would refund part of it. That was when I received a text from a 720 number with a confirmation number and a do not reply regarding my refund. I looked up the 720 number and it's a Denver area code. I'm guessing they're based in Denver somewhere but you can get a free phone number anywhere online for anywhere in the country. In the end this company is a complete scam, needs to be investigated and shut down.
