*** *** is the owner of Agco construction, which is located in the city of Moreno Valley. My husband and I were friends with *** before he decided to steal over $12,000 from us back in 2015. We gave him money in advance for a construction job he was doing at our 6 unit apartment complex. He told us he needed the money in advance to buy the materials for the job. It was a pretty big job, and again, he was our friend, so we thought we could trust him. It started with the cancellation of appointments, then he wouldn't answer all of our texts or return phone calls, it was always one excuse after another (his car broke down, he was in shambles because his ex was demanding that he pay child support, he also used the Im sick excuse a few different times).We took him to court and won the judgement against him, but he never paid us a single penny of what he stole from us. But we did get his contractors license revoked. We received a call from him a few months ago and he had the nerve to ask us to drop the judgement against him so that he could get his contractors license back and start working again because he needed money. Then a few weeks ago we found out that *** had filed for bankruptcy. I can no longer do anything to get our money back, but I can warn people of the master CONARTIST that *** *** is. He scammed us (his so called friends) I can't even imagine what he is capable of with people he doesn't know.
