I received a call on "behalf of my Credit Union" for a "security check" and was given a "Visa debit card case number". Was told that my card was currently unavailable. Urged to call back at 888-918-7313.

I called my credit union directly and was told my account was not on a hold and the phone number given does not belong to the credit union.
