Many phone calls later and there has not been any communication from them. They do not answer their phones. I have emailed the management team to try to get some response.
However, my MasterCard was charged on 10/14/2022 for $80.28. I should have known something was amiss when the transaction receipt was missing my shipping information.
Since the pregnancy is almost over, I requested that they please promptly refund my $80.28 USD.
