When I ordered their product online on January 31, 2024, the scammer(s) charged my PayPal account on the same day. They have never sent me an order confirmation but luckily, I've printed out the transaction. When I followed up with the scammers on February 15, 2024 for a non-receipt of my item, by emailing their contact email provided in their website, the email was returned to me. Their phone icon on their website was not valid as well.

I then filed a case with PayPal on February 19, 2024. PayPal said that if they don't hear back from the seller on February 29, 2024, which is today, I will get a full refund. As of today, I have not heard back from PayPal. However, PayPal have technically until midnight to update me on the case.
