I purchased an item listed as "magic door mat-light grey" for $*** plus .**cent tax and $*** shipping totally $***.

The item was purchased in April 23, 2018 at 8:16 EST.

I have never received the item nor a response to 4 emails sent on August 7/12/26 and today September 15, 2018 to the email address [email protected].

Placed order in late March 2018. Status was emailed that products were shipped 4/16/2018. Emailed seller on 6/3/2018 and received a reply that it was a carrier shipping issue. Supposedly a second shipment had been sent. Did not receive that one either. Sent two more emails since requesting refund. No response.

purchased 2 items from their website in March 15th 2018. the products were "shipped" on March 29th 2018, and still have not received my items. I have reached out to the company numerous times and was told to allow additional weeks for my item to be received. it is now June 4th 2018 and still no items, the company is no longer responding to me.

Ordered a mat online from this online store I saw on Facebook. The online store looked legit so I checked it out. I was going to buy the item but didn’t want to pay for shipping so I decided against it and they immediately sent me an email with a promo code. With the code I decided to buy the mat. I ordered it on March 25th and got a shipping notice by March 28th. It’s now April 25th and I still haven’t received my item. If you track the shipping number, it still say a label was created only. I’ve written this company at least 10 different times by replying to the confirmation email (which was instructed to do in the email), also via Facebook and also trying to contact the only contact info they have listed online which is a support email address. I have received replies but every single one had the exact same verbiage as the last. I was told that they were going to send another and if I receive both that I should keep both. They sent me a new tracking number but it was the exact same tracking number as the initial confirmation email. After reading visitor posts on Facebook, that’s when I realized that I wasn’t the only person and that many people have fallen victim to this scam. I’ve tried reporting it to Facebook but they have done absolutely nothing.

They have a website allurefy.com where your order is placed. Once you pay you receive an order confirmation and in it they say they'll notify you when the item(s) ship. Several days later I got the email with the tracking information. I checked it numerous times and it says the label has been created but the item has not yet shipped. I've emailed them dozens of times and not even a reply back. Their Facebook page has numerous people complaining about the same issue. No order received and fake tracking.
