Aloura Jewelry Reports & Reviews (20)

Aloura Jewelry is a Scam. They have been charging my debit card every month since January after I bought something for my daughter. It is even worse than it looks on the surface, because they don't even have a real website. All they have is a Facebook page. On top of that, their two phone numbers are not in service. These are their numbers 877-214-2562, and 800-427-710. There is no way to get in touch with anyone at that "theft company." I had to all my bank and have my card changed, which is a real pain, because now I am having issues having to set up scheduled automatic payments again. NOT ALL THAT GLITTER IS GOLD!

I have just received my items yesterday after about a 3 month plus wait. I'm surprised they didn't come in proper packaging - just tiny plastic envelopes in one bigger package from China - which was not recorded - the Post Man just put it through our door! I assumed they would be tracked if the items are as expensive as the site claims.

But having read all these reviews - I am very concerned - how do I cancel I ambassador-ship with them?

This is really a TOTAL SCAM. The amount that I ordered is only 38.73 USD
December 26, 2019 they charged my credit card equivalent to Pesos 2, 034.54
January 30, 2020 they charged my credit card again equivalent to Pesos 658.85
February 28, 2020 they charged my credit card again equivalent to Pesos 660.03
March 28, 2020 they charged my credit card again equivalent to Pesos 659.78
As of now the total amount they charged to my credit card is Php 4,013.20. The original price of the item that I ordered is only Php 2,034.54. But Aloura Jewelry keep on using my credit card monthly. They were able to use my credit card without an OTP. Maybe this is a connivance between the bank & Aloura Jewelry. Until now I still did not get the item and they don’t answer anymore all my emails. My fault is that I did not check my bills before. Not knowing that my credit card was used by this scammer many times already. Please be careful. ALOURA JEWELRY IS A BIG FRAUD & SCAMER

Total scam. Been 4 months and nothing has arrived. Emailed them countless times and no response. Very annoying.

They have charged me money in March and February, even though I have not bought anything these months. I´m also still waiting for my package that I ordered 3 months ago

Literally I've been waiting for my package for over two weeks, I searched up my package number and nothing would come up, and the majority of the responses I received were seemingly from bots. There was no number on the site for me to call, nor was there an email for me to make a direct complaint. I had to send in a message and wait for them to get back to me.

Hello,

I bought an item using the ambassador program thinking that there store was legit.

Turns out, I signed up for a membership that I would have to pay monthly using the total price of my first payment, which was $12.41.

Imagine if I bought four things in the taxes were $60, I would have had to continuously pay $60 till I cancelled the membership. And they don't explain to you that you'll be signing up for a membership, only that if you use the code you'll get to pay only shipping and handling.

Being naive, I let 3 weeks pass before I sent my first email about my product not being received. I sent it to their info email and I got no response for a week. Then I decided to send it email my frustrations to the Ambassador email and they answered saying that it was still being processed and I was appeased for a moment.

A month passed and I started sending them emails of them being scam and they answered by letting me know that the product was still being processed and I would get an email. I then replied with I was going to report them to the FBI scam site and they replied that they would look in.

I kept pressing on with me not receiving my item, then my mom button to notice that they took an extra $12.41. so I sent another email saying that they were scam and that I wanted my money back or else.

They replied with the email from their "big boss" Roy. He and his team sent that their suppliers are being affected with the coronavirus and that if I wanted to cancel I'll have to send them an email and that I couldn't get my money back. I replied with an email stating that I no longer wanted to be part of a scam site and that I was going to report them. (I did report them and actually am going to contact the FBI scam team through the FBI site)

I was then told by Roy that I should be receiving confirmation email about me exiting the Ambassador ship program, and I have not received none for a week. So I contact the man and he said he would look into it.

DON'T ENTER THIS PROGRAM UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY ARE FRAUD.

How do you cancel membership?

I am having the same issue! How did you cancel the membership?

I did the same thing, now I reported them to polizia postale(FBI scam team in Italy) . I hope that I will have my money back and that they won't take money anymore without my permission.

I was offered to be an ambassador for Aloura Jewelry and it all seemed very professional by the way they emailed and the way their website was set up...
Because i got a discount for being ambassador i only had to pay shipping. It also said it would give me a shipping number once my order was processed, this was the order that should have been processed within 24 hours but still no order number after a month, whenever i asked i was given the same email that i had for any email.I have not heard any news about anything and even after my last email the same email from before when i asked where it was.

I have got accepted as a ambassador and it says you have to order within 24hours or they will give it to someone else and my followers get a code they look so pretty but I'm so sad it a scam I didn't know of this was real or fake thank gosh I found this because I was about to order !

Thank you so much, I received the exact email yesterday and was about to check out. That’s when I decided to check the reviews and it’s shocking. They seem really professional and habe beautiful jewelry.

Omg I was just about to order thank you for letting me know it’s a scam

I was also accepted as an ambassador thank god my card number was not functioning to do the purchase. i just found this out.

Aloura Jewelry's products and Ambassadorship is fake. Their products on the website are all taken from other brands or websites.

Everyone who applied for the ambassador program will be accepted and from there they scam you by giving discount code that waive off the cost of your purchased jewelry but ask you to pay for the shipping fee which cost ridiculously expensive!

Please do not fall for the trap as all the products sold on their website are not legit, they just purchased it from some China websites and earn from our shipping fees.

I just found out that it was a scam and my mom didn’t have any money on her but still gave me 54 dollars I feel like I hurt my mom I was so stupid to believe it and she called my aunt and told her I was an ambassador now I can’t tell them since they will be disappointed

believe I have the passion and the ability to draw others and exude a positive energy that will attract people to get interested on your product. I can confidently say, I have the positive attitude to help spread the awareness, opinions, perspectives, what the brand stand for and the products or solutions they offer.

These company claimed to be in USA, then ship all products from china that takes 3 months to arrive in Europe.
After arrival none of the products where the same than the one on the website. All jewelry were copies and FAKE and come in plastics not even Boxes to hold rings and earings.
This Company is a total scam. I ahve change my credit card, to avoid to be scammed by them later on. You should be careful later on. Some companies really wants brand Ambassadors and other just take this opportunity to scam people I can't share those products with my instagram followers even duh.

I was contacted by a representative of Aloura Jewelry and told that I was approved to be a brand ambassador. A condition of the approval was that I had to make a purchase in 24 hours to receive the discount and only pay shipping. Their Instagram page is very sparce, the facebook page was made only on the 10th of this month with no posts, and no followers. I was very hesitant to put my personal information and credit card number into their website (shipping was over 50 dollars). There were reviews posted on the website that was linked to me, but those reviews did not look credible and were dated back to before the facebook and insta pages existed, and showed products not even offered on the website itself. With a simple google search of "aloura jewelry" nothing comes up, no website, no facebook link, no instagram page, no information about anything.
