They broke my computer when they said they would take (fake) virus off. Took my online banking to put back “automatic defection” of 399$, but put back too much. Meanwhile they emptied my account and froze computer. Then they insisted I buy a Target gift card for $500 and take photo and send numbers to them. They eventually put back original funds leaving the $500 card fee.
Had to pay also for computer repair also. They never answered my calls again.

Left me with frozen computer and out $500 for Target card they made me buy and send. Totally scammed me. They took all my money but said they could not put it back until gift card # received. Had to have my computer repaired and restored. They told me not to tell Target it was for them.
I do not know how my computer was hacked to blare alert and put in fraudulent company to call. Set up by them.

My laptop blared and message popped up it had virus, to call number provided. They took control of computer, then said I had been charged $399 but open my online banking to refund. A mistake was made, refunded too much, so they emptied my account, froze computer. Then told me they would keep my money unless I went to Target, bought gift card for $500 and send picture to them.. eventually left me with frozen broken computer but put $ back in but kept $500 from Target card. Computer repaired by store. Cost me the $500 + repair fee.

Last year while on my computer, the screen went black with a warning that my computer was infected and it began beeping. A phone # came on the screen telling me to call to fix my computer. My keys were locked and I tried shutting it down, turning it off to no avail. I was forced to call this #. It was then called ArchonShield. I left my phone # and was called back. I was told that my computer was corrupted and they had to install new software. I was between a rock and a hard place, I needed my computer. They said it would cost $231.85 for two years and if anything went wrong there would be no charge to fix. The catch was, they would only accept checks, no other type of payment, so I gave them my info and over the past year watched my checking account to make sure the amt. didn't come out again. This leads me to 07/01/2020. I received a phone call from Alpemix saying the software put in last year wasn't compatible with my Norton and there were many errors and warnings on my computer. A Richard Jones spoke with me and said they would install Alpemix software. Since Archonshiel didn't work I would receive a credit of $210, but it would be split to $60 for the first refund and $150 for the second. In the meantime, they were installing the new software. When it was finished, I was told to go to my bank page, once I did that a black screen came up and they said to put my name in, then the last for of my acct. #, then to put The amt. of $60 and to be Very careful how I'm entering it, because once entered it cannot be changed. I hit $60 then the decimal point, then 00 and low and behold $6000 was added to my acct. The tech said I made the mistake and I would have to cooperate and admit it was my fault. They said they would see if they could reverse the charge, but their "World Bank" wouldn't allow it. They told me if I went to the bank , the bank would charge me 20% on the 6000 to rectify the error". I was then instructed to give Richard my cell phone # which I gave a fictitious #. When he tried to call me on that # and I didn't answer, all my money in my checking and savings acct went to $0. He said if I don't cooperate I will never see my $ again. He told me he would put it back into my accts and I should go to a supermarket withdraw the overage amt and they will instruct me where to send it. At that point my computer screen was white with capital letter saying "are you there, where are you? I meanwhile ran down to my local bank branch, but they were closed. When I got home all my $'s were back in my accounts. I immediately called the bank and reported fraud. As of today all my $ is where it should be
