AM Cream Impostor Reports & Reviews (1)

I have read this is a common scam. I received an email called netflix rewards. Subsequently I called netflix and they said this was not from them, that it was a phishing scheme. I subscribe to this service and trust them. The rewards were a number of free products to choose from, with only an s and h charge of 4.95. I ordered one skin cream product, but they sent me two. When I checked my bank statements a couple weeks later, i found that the company had charged me $189.00 and it would become a monthly charge. I called the company and was told i had signed an agreement to this effect. Don't know how that happened, but there was nothing they could do for me they said, except cancel the upcoming orders, leaving me with the initial 189.00 charge. I talked to 3 different people about this, offerring to return the creams for my money back. It wasnt until i started threatening to call bbb, atty general, etc. that they refunded me 134.42, leaving me the remainder to absorb. Dont know what u can do except warn customers about these skin care scams. Or can u actually follow through and contact them (tho i read they change their contact info all the time.) Thank you.
