I bought the Dyson Airwrap complete from you on November 17 last year

I recently came to the US and needed a variety of electrical appliances. I needed a hair dryer, so I googled Dyson Airwrap. Then I saw an ad for Amercan topdeal, and they sold it as if it were genuine. I bought the Dyson Airwrap complete from America Topdeal on November 17 last year for $377 + tip $10, total $387.
They sold me a counterfeit product, and I want my money back.

Same exact thing happened to me. I claimed the warranty and it stopped working and when I went in to claim the warranty I was told it was counterfeit. I tried emailing their customer support and the email kicked back.

Fraudulent website is set up with deals on products and then the product never arrives and the requested refund is not given. Over a month of reassurances by email that the refund is already processed and it is not. The product was bought on Black Friday. Refund request on December 11. It is currently January 14 and there has been no refund.
