They advertise their products as if it was from Joanna Gains on Fixer Upper and because she is so respected people fall for the scam. They tell you FREE skin cream--just pay shipping of $4.95 and then they send you 2 other products and 14 days later withdraw your account. When the screen comes up to buy additional items and you just go to the next page it shows up that you ordered when you did not. I tried to go back and zero out these things and I still got billed. When you call them they tell you to continue with the product and they will reduce the price by 35%, if you refuse they say 50%. If you demand a full refund they tell you they will bill you an additional $19.95 per product as restocking-and an UN-DISCLOSED amount for shipping---when you are paying to send it back. Do they sell used products they charge you $19.95 to re-stock? SCAM! After this happened to me I researched Joanna Gains skin care and found so many people scammed: Following post by others--- The same thing happened to me. An ad for skin cream sample postage only $4.00 USD. Nowhere did I see that there would be a $89.95 monthly charge within 14 days. My husband noticed the withdrawal on the bank statement. I called the company. The operator was in the Philippines and I live in Canada. The money was already out of my account. But I did convince the woman to cancel further shipments and charges. Lessons learned the hardway! Love Joanna and Chip. Looking forward to next season.

Merrit #2I was taken by this stupid dermafolia company and was charged $95 and $90 for two products that I didn't know I had to cancel. I called them and said it was false advertising using Joanna Gaines image and deceptive. I called them and they wanted to send me more product! UGH! #scamdermafolia

For Joanna Gaines- I was totaling taken in by the facial cream that was supposed to be Joanna's.I understood it was$2.95 but when I got it there was another container of cream totaling around$9.00. But then about a week or so later over$200.00 had been taken out of our account. We finally found# to call and with a lot of explaining and a lot of talk the lady said it would be credited back to our acc. When we returned the merchandise they would do that so I'm waiting on that. I was just trusting that it was truly Joanna cause I love her so much. So my husband has banned me from ordering anything off internet

I also started to order this cream but at the last minute I hit cancel but to my surprise it didn't cancel but instead it went ahead an placed my order. I called the company an told them I did not want this product and to cancel the order(s) as they added two other items to the order. They tried every way to make me change my mind (and it was very hard to understand them I had to make them repeat what they were saying several times) finally I told them I was going to stop payment with my credit card company. They said they would cancel the order. But we will see. I should have known better but I guess you are never too old to be caught in a scam!

RevyveSkin is also scamming people claiming to be Joanna! They will send you the cream. However, if you don't cancel in 14 days you are automatically signed up for another shipment every 30 days for $90 or more! Any claim you have to continue to cancel every month!

THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM---To post on facebook:

I love your show and I know you and your husband are very good people however, your name appears to be used in several different scams for skin products. This is not only harmful to the people’s bank account but to HGTV reputation and your own.

They advertise FREE Product for people to try—just pay $4.95 shipping and handling, NO WHERE do they tell you your bank account will be deducted $94.00—plus several times over. I found one lady LOST ALMOST $400.00. People buy these items thinking they are buying from YOU--- Ms. Gains because we TRUST YOU only to find they have been scammed. I am a senior and I cannot afford to lose $124.00 for a 1 oz. bottle of cream and items I DID NOT ORDER. Comments I found on line are: (and MORE)
