While navigating on Instagram there was a promotion presented for Laptop Screen Extender. Ended up deciding to place the order for the Laptop Screen Extender on 03/16/2023, submitted payment in the amount of $41.98 USD. Confirmation email received, with Order summary and confirming Order # 1087. 03/23/2023 received another email confirming Shipment Status update and again order summary and tracking number.

Right after placing the order "https://antialiasedus.com/" I tried to visit their website again and it comes back with the following message "SORRY,THE SHOP YOU ARE LOOKING IS CLOSED RIGHT NOW,

PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER."

I never received the Laptop Screen Extender, but instead the sent what seems a very low quality toy watch. I proceeded to reach out and they confirmed "the shipping worker made a mistake" and that they were sorry, but since I received a product they would not be able to refund my money, that they could offer a 5% refund.

I understand that this is a small amount, but would really like to report in order to prevent someone else going through something similar.
