My husband luckily had me do a search on this company before the purchase because the price looked to good to be true. I found a similar scam with the same company.

Jane Grigg was the name of his seller with the sob story about just losing her husband and this car was his baby, and she just had surgery. Sounded so similar to another person whom said they were scammed as well.

Saw an ad on Facebook for an 2015 Coachman Freelander motorhome. Thought the price was either too good to be true, or a typo. Reached out to “Katie Myers” to get additional info. She came back with a story of husbands recent passing and that the motorhome was “his baby”. She stated the motorhome was in the possession of a shipping company and that they would be handling the sales transaction due to her recent “thyroidectomy” and consequential bad health. I told her that l wanted to come out and inspect & test drive the vehicle before any money was moved. This was ignored and l was contacted by the shipping company with copies of their contract with Ms Myers and shipping/sales details regarding the motorhome. Included in the information they provided was the VIN for the coach. I did a search and found the unit they advertised in Florida on an RV Site for over five times the amount they had requested. After doing a search for Ms Myers and Apicomship, the shipping company, l found NOTHING that traced back to the phone number or addresses given to me earlier.
