They are using marketing tactics such as “going out of business sale” to push/boost their products on Instagram. I ordered because the pictures gave these leather boots the appearance of being high quality. Once they arrived, they were of poor quality and not what was pictured. I contacted the business immediately for a refund. They initially offered 50%, but rescinded that to a 35% refund and began offering discount codes for future business. I’ve never received any money back and they have stopped all communication. I see they are advertising for a winter sale now. They are taking peoples money and sending out really poor, low quality junk.
