The item I ordered has been received and is nowhere near the size it shows on the photo. What I received was a small bag with a hole in it. Second, they told one price at checkout and then charged me more on my credit card afterwards. I’m glad I reviewed my receipt on PayPal. They overcharge your card hoping you won’t notice. There website says they accept all returns for full refund, but that's not true! I requested a refund prior to even receiving the bag because of the overcharging. Well they wouldn’t allow it. So then I receive the bag and it is nowhere near the size they are advertising and the side pocket has a huge hole in it at the zipper making that pocket completely unusable. Again, I contacted the company and provided pictures of the hole. At this point I’m angry. They said the product is not defective and wouldn’t allow me to return for a full refund. They don’t stand behind the products they produce and/or sell. They said they would give me only a $5 refund because of the hole. This is another company out of china that is a complete scam. The website says Wales, England, but they're in CHINA. They will steal your money, provide you with defective product and then won’t stand by their product because they know the product is garbage and they are only in it to steal people’s money. It isn’t worth the stress and trouble you go through for this so called amazing bag(fine quality according to the label on the bag) . Wow how do you even get away with claiming it is fine quality product? False advertising.
