I made an appointment to go for a consultation for Coolsculpting on 4/25/16. They set me up for an appointment on 4/29/16 at the cost of $1100 for the Coolsculpting procedure. On Wednesday, 4/27/16 at 12;45 pm I call to cancel the appointment because something did not seem right. They said they would cancel the appointment but I could only get back $500. That was not okay with me since no service had been provided and I canceled my appointment well before 24 hours. There were no contracts signed. They only requested contact information. I have been calling them since. I was able to speak with Barney. He said they would get back with me. It is now two weeks and no one has called and no one is answering my voice mails. I am out of $1100.

Their website only lists the last name of the "doctor" so you cannot Google him. There is no other name mentioned. There is no way to get a hold of anyone to get my money back. This is a steep cost for zero service. i believe this is a terrible scam on vulnerable people.
